I can always count on my girl Sonya to find me the oddest news stories.
She recently forwarded me this Reuters article about an Israeli city's efforts to punish pet owners who let their dogs poop on the street.
Seriously.
Oh, and if they find you're picking up your dog's poop and placing it in receptacles, you get a prize.
Seriously.
This will all be done through DNA analysis.
