So I hope you voted for your favorite kitty for Georgia's new spay-neuter license plate. I had posted something on it a week or so ago.
The winner was recently announced: Randalyn Bieniek of Duluth. Her license plate design was actually in the lead voting-wise for the most part.

You can buy the new Feline Friend license plate - in addition to two other spay-neuter license plates - starting in December.
They're an extra $25 - I'm guessing by "extra" they mean in addition to the regular license plate price. More than $22 out of the $25 goes to the Dog and Cat Sterilization Program.
